Eligibility Criteria To be eligible for the loan scheme, applicants must: Age Limit Be between 21 and 45 years old for regular businesses. Be between 18 and 45 years old for IT/e-commerce businesses. In case of companies and partnerships, only one partner/director needs to be within the age limit. Educational Qualification Have at least a matriculation degree or equivalent for IT/e-commerce businesses. Nature of Business Own a startup or existing Small and Medium Enterprise (SME). Be engaged in the agriculture sector as per State Bank's criteria. Citizenship Hold a valid CNIC (Computerized National Identity Card).
